Pour autant, cette accumulation d\u2019e\u0301ve\u0301nements fait-elle e\u0301voluer positivement la situation ? Le constat est sans appel. Au regard des urgences et de l\u2019ampleur des de\u0301ga\u0302ts de\u0301ja\u0300 visibles, on en fait trop peu.[\u2026] Ne souhaitant pas rester impuissants et inactifs, les e\u0301lus de la Communaute\u0301 de communes des Portes de Vassivie\u0300re se sont engage\u0301s a\u0300 mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures, a\u0300 leur e\u0301chelle, initiant un mouvement plus e\u0301conome et plus autonome. \u00bb<br>C\u2019est avec ce discours bien \u00e9loign\u00e9s de la langue de bois que la Communaut\u00e9 de communes de Portes de Vassivi\u00e8re a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019exposer ces engagements dans un programme ambitieux d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air, l\u2019eau et l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u2026localement.<br>Une prise de position \u00e0 laquelle le collectif Z\u00e9lie a appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de contribuer par cette brochure.
